Returns and Exchanges

At Detoxifyepoweral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aromatic candle purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Have been purchased within the last 30 days
• Not be a custom or personalized order

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at info@detoxifyepoweral.world or call +15706293388 within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will include the cost of the product but not the original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your candle for a different fragrance or size, please contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized candles
• Candles that have been burned or used
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned more than 30 days after purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
